• 20,000 sq. ft. medical wing of Kleptz YMCA occupied by Kettering Medical Center   •   Medical spaces include 5,000 sq. ft. sports medicine facility with rehab/therapy gym and acceleration track   •   Other medical spaces include office suites for orthopedics, cardiology and pediatrics, and an imaging suite for X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).   •   1,000 sq. ft. central meeting room for community wellness education.   •   Wing is anchored by central vaulted atrium lit by clerestory windows and combination of custom wall sconces and suspended light fixtures.   •   Architectural detailing and furnishings throughout are inspired by interiors of Frank Lloyd Wright and designed in collaboration with nationally known medical designer Jain Malkin.   •   Synergy with YMCA provided through circulation links to YMCA’s running track, fitness room and therapy pool.   •   Design/Build collaboration with Wilcon Corporation, Kettering Medical Center and the YMCA.
